2. Personalized Products

  • All personalized products are made to order based on customer specifications.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate text, photos, and instructions.

  • We are not liable for spelling errors or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Most personalized orders are completed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

  • Turnaround time begins once the order details and payment are confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required before production begins on personalized items.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods in-store and online.

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • All sales on personalized items are final.
    We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

    • The item arrives damaged or defective, or

    • An agreement is made with Picture This management.

  • Claims for damage must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

6. In-Store Pickup & Shipping

  • Customers may choose to pick up orders in-store or opt for shipping if available.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Picture This is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.
