At Picture This Personalized Gifts & Engraving, we strive to fulfill your personalized orders quickly and accurately. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your items will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All personalized orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving full payment and order details.

  • Rush Orders: If rush service is selected at checkout or requested in-store, processing may begin immediately and prioritized ahead of standard orders. Additional fees may apply.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We offer various shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and service level.

  • Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.

In-Store Pickup

  • Customers may select free in-store pickup at checkout.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at our SouthPark Mall location.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Rush service fees are separate from shipping fees and are non-refundable.

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we aim to meet all processing and delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Carrier disruptions

    • Weather conditions

    • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our online store. Please contact us directly for inquiries about overseas orders.
