At Picture This Personalized Gifts & Engraving, we take pride in creating custom, one-of-a-kind items tailored to each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All sales on personalized items are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any customized orders once production has begun.

Exceptions

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. In the event of:

• Damaged or defective items upon receipt, or

• An error made on our part during personalization

We are happy to offer a replacement or in-store credit, at the discretion of management.

Resolution Process

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

• You must contact us within 24 hrs of receiving the item.

• You may be asked to provide photos of the item and the damage or issue.

• Any resolution must be agreed upon by Picture This management before proceeding.
